JPHobbies.com uses Canada Post exclusively for all of our shipping needs under 15lbs. We find that Canada Post offers the best service for the best price. All shipments within Canada and the USA will be done through Canada Post when available. Packages exceeding 15lbs in weight will be shipped using FedEx Ground in Canada, and by FedEx International Ground to the USA (they're very fast, and very cheap compared to UPS or Purolator). For shipments over 2kg to Europe, Australia and Japan, you *must* contact us to arrange shipping before we will ship anything.

Currencies: ORDERS WILL BE BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD USING CANADIAN DOLLARS. Prices shown on the website in any currency other than Canadian dollars are for information purposes only and are there for your convenience only. All final sales/billing will be at the actual posted Canadian dollar value.
Sales Policies: All sales are final. GST will be charged to all purchases by Canadian residents. Provincial Sales Tax will be applied to all sales to residents of Saskatchewan. All items carry a guarantee against DOA unless otherwise noted. Returns of product, other than for exchange or replacement, are subject to a 15% return fee. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customers must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. JPHobbies.com will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. JPHobbies.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, but the alternate shipping address needs to be on file with the bank that issued the credit card. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.
The package I received from JPHobbies.com looks like it was damaged in shipment. What do I do?
Please contact the Customer Service Department (customerservice@JPHobbies..com) and we will schedule a Canada Post or FedEx driver follow up. Please keep the original box and packaging material, as this will be needed to file the Canada Post or FedEx damage claim. A replacement will be shipped once the Canada Post or FedEx damage claim is filed and we have a response from Canada Post or FedEx. If you are present during delivery and you notice your package is damaged when it arrives - DO NOT ACCEPT IT: notify the driver that it is damaged, ask the driver/carrier what steps you need to take to file a claim and say that you refuse to accept a damaged box.
Why dont you have a toll-free number?
JPHobbies does not provide a toll-free telephone number because this results in increased fixed-expenses that we must pass along to all of our customers, even if only a few need to call. We are very much here for our customers, but we prefer to keep our operating costs low and pass the savings on to YOU.
